Exit the M4 at junction 37 and take the A4229 into Porthcawl. As you enter the outskirts of the town you will come to a roundabout. Take the second exit (straight ahead) and continue along the dual carriageway until you reach another roundabout. Take the second exit (straight ahead) and follow the road as it bears right (following the seafront). Just after the Grand Pavilion turn right into Esplanade Avenue. We are about a third of the way down on the left hand side.
